Privacy
A plain account of what we keep when you visit or write to us, what we do with it, and how to clear it.
Two things. When you send the contact form, we keep what you typed. That means your name and contact details, whatever you told us about the loss, and any documents you attached.
The site also keeps a short record, in your own browser, of which pages you read here and how long you spend on them. That record sits on your device. It reaches us only if you send the form, and it exists so we can tell what you already understand before we write back.
We don't sell it, and we don't hand it to anyone outside Ironclad. This site runs no analytics service, no advertising network, and no third-party tracking. The one request that leaves our own servers is for the typefaces the pages are set in, which load from Google Fonts.
Nothing you do here follows you to another website.
What you send through the form stays in our records while we consider the inquiry, and if we take the engagement, for as long as the file requires. The record in your browser is capped, and the oldest entries drop off as you keep reading.
You can erase it here, now. This removes what the site stored on this device and nothing else, so anything you already sent us by form, email, or phone stays where it is.
Cleared. This browser now looks like a first visit.
